Every conversation displayed here was processed through Mako's two-layer customer data scrub before any data reached Mako Central. Tokens like [NAME:1] and [LOCATION] are pseudonymous labels — the real values exist only on the dealer's MakoNode appliance and never on our servers.

Conversations appear here 30–60 minutes after they happened (privacy safeguard to prevent real-time tracking even of tokenized content).

Quasi-identifier scrubbing additionally removes: specific mileage figures (rounded to nearest 10K), specific prices (rounded to nearest $1K), city-level location (aggregated to region), and family-member specifics beyond relationship type.

Only conversations that pass our weekly audit sampler appear publicly. Failed-audit conversations stay private pending investigation.
